Crafting and production time

Production information
All jewelry in solid 14K gold, 18K gold or platinum are “handmade-to-order”, which means that the item is crafted only after you’ve placed the order and successfully went through with your payment.

Estimated time for production
The estimated time frame for our crafting process is 3 to 4 weeks.

Sometimes the production time is longer due to a holiday season or abnormally high order volumes. In the case that we do have longer crafting times, there will be an announcement text at the top of our shop (this website) that informs you about this and how much longer the production time is expected to be.

Placing a “rushed order”
If you need extra fast production and delivery time, please contact us via email to check if your suggested delivery date can be achieved or not.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
Since most of our items are handmade-to-order(custom-made products), there are typically no returns or exchanges unless there is a crafting or production defect with the item and the item can’t be repaired or replaced. Please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving the product if you received an item that had a defect and we will work together with you to resolve the issue without any hesitation. If the defective item can’t be repaired or replaced, we will refund you once the item is shipped back to us in it’s original conditions. Please make sure that you read the care information for our products at the FAQs page prior placing your order. 

Returning an item
If you would like to return your ring for a personal reason which does not fall in our first policy category (defect item), please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving the item to get your request considered on a case-by-case basis. 

Please note that the amount of time and effort we spent on each order are not refundable, therefore there will be a restocking fee of 45% for all returns unrelated to a craftsmanship defect of the item(s).

If your item was not made-to-order
Items that are not made upon your order can be returned for a full refund.

Attention
All items must be returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or alteration. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of wear, has been altered in any way, or if the return is requested after the allowed 3 days. Orders with special custom changes are not eligible for return. The buyer is always responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, if the product is damaged or lost during the transport, the buyer is responsible for the loss.

Resizing your item

There is a defect with the ring size (the product does not fit my order details)
If there is a craftsmanship defect with the size of your ring, you can return it back to us and we will resize it for you completely free. We can also make a partial refund for you, so that you can resize easier at your local jeweler and to avoid the risks of shipping the item globally once more.

There is no defect, but I ordered the wrong size!
If you ordered a size from us that does not fit but the production size is correct, we recommend you to resize it at a local jewelry store. Most of our rings are easily re-sizable for a skillful jeweler. Unfortunately we do not cover the cost in this case.

There is a defect, and I am not able to resolve the resizing locally
If you are unable to solve it locally, you can contact us and we will be charging a small reasonable fee for resize your ring.

Our re-sizing cost ranges between 500 SEK to 750 SEK for a ring, plus an additional fee for shipping the ring(s) back to you.

You will be responsible for shipping the ring(s) to us with proper packaging, tracking, and insurance. Our typical turnaround time for resizing is around 7-10 business days (from the time we receive the package).

Redelivery

If the shipment arrived at your address but was unable to be delivered due to any personal reasons ( for example: the receiver was not home or the buyer left an incorrect address etc), the responsibility is on the buyer’s side to contact the local PO to resolve the issue. In this case, if the shipment was sent back to the sender, please notify us immediately via email so we can keep an eye on the shipment. Please note that the buyer will have to pay a shipping fee in order to redeliver the item, and the item will only be scheduled a redelivery once we successfully receive the item.
If the item gets lost or damaged during the way back to the sender, it will be at the buyer’s responsibility to cover the loss.
We strongly recommend you to keep tracking your shipment and pick it up asap.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order up to 12 hours after the payment has been received by us.

After 12 hours, your order will go into production and we can no longer stop the production. Please note that the amount of time and effort we spent on each order are not able to be cancelled, therefore there will be a restocking fee of 40% for all cancellations that are requested after 12 hours.
