All jewelries in solid 14k gold, 18k gold or platinum from us are handmade-to-order, which means every item is crafted only when you place the order. The estimated timeframe for our crafting process for all jewelry is 2-3 weeks. Sometimes the production time is longer due to the holiday season or high order volumes, in that case, there will be a shop announcement on top of our front page to inform all buyers if we need a longer time to produce orders during a specific time.

Since most of our items are HANDMADE-TO-ORDER, we only take returns where there is a craftsmanship defect with the item. Please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product if you received an item that had a defect. Items are not made to ordered can be returned for a full refund. All jewelry must be returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or alteration. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of wear, has been altered in any way, or if the return is requested after the allowed 7 days.
If there is a craftsmanship defect with your ring size, you can ship it back to us and we are able to resize it for free or refund you partly so you can resize at any local jewellry store to avoid the risks of shipping this item globally.
If you ordered a wrong size, we recommend you to resize it at a local jewellry store. Most of our rings are easily resizable for a skillful jeweller. However, if you are unable to solve it locally, you can as well contact us and we will be charging a small reasonable fee for resize your ring.Our rate is in between 500sek to 750sek for resizing a ring, plus an additional fee for shipping the ring(s) back to you. You will be responsible for shipping the ring(s) to us with proper packaging, tracking, and insurance. Our typical turnaround time for resizing is around 7-10 business days (from the time we receive the package).
All packages come with standard insurance and is trackable through the Swedish National Post Office – Postnord. Unless otherwise requested, all jewellery are delivered in a nice complimentary jewelry box.

Cancellations can not be requested after 12 hours, and a 20% of restocking fee may be charged if your order has been in production before the cancellation request.
